The Leadership Studies program will provide working professionals with relevant and practical research skills to utilize leadership theories for transformational change, and knowledge to identify and solve problems of practice through collaboration with key stakeholders. Candidates will be given the opportunity to develop these attributes through content courses, research courses, personal research, and a practical internship. ACADEMIC PROGRAMThe program, designed to accommodate working adults with other full time obligations, can be completed within four years by taking two intensive courses per semester, year round for a total of 6.
